Strategic Community Development Center (SCDC).

The main objective of KARDS training programs is to support development by increasing the knowledge of institutional, organizational and community workers so as to build durable and effective institutions. KARDS Training department is also known as Strategic Community Development Centre (SCDC). The centre advocates for skills enhancement as a long-term solution in improving the managerial capacity of projects and communities. With the development of many anti-poverty ideas there is indeed an increasing need for improved technical and managerial skills.

On Site Trainings.

KARDS conducts in-house trainings that are specifically designed to meet the client’s requirements and needs. The trainings are usually conducted within the client’s premises and are usually relevant to the client needs. Some of the clients that KARDS has conducted in-house trainings for include:
